From here, you can obtain gene expression data that was used in our paper, which appeared in the August 15, 2001 issue of Cancer Research (61:5974-5978). The full data set consists of 55 samples analyzed with Affymetrix “U95A” microarrays, which have 12,626 probe sets. You can get the compressed (2.1 MB) or uncompressed (7.2 MB) versions of the Microsoft Excel document.
